Trainer & Assessor Positions

Good training changes what people do in an emergency. It’s the difference between someone freezing and someone stepping in, and it often comes down to who taught them and how.

That’s why our trainers and assessors are people who have done the work. They bring real cases, real scenarios and real answers into the room, so participants aren’t just ticking off a certificate. They leave knowing what to do and confident enough to do it.

Since 2021, we’ve trained more than 8,000 people across Tasmania, in public courses and on-site at workplaces, schools, sporting clubs, and community organisations. Every one of those sessions depended on a trainer who could read the room, adapt to the group and make the content stick.

We’re looking for trainers and assessors who teach that way: experienced in the field, comfortable in front of a group, and invested in sending people home ready to respond.
