What It's Like on the Team?

  • You'll work alongside people who know their stuff - Paramedics, nurses, doctors, medics, patient transport officers and trainers who still work in the field. Newer team members work next to them, not behind them.
  • You'll keep learning - We deliver training for a living, so our own team gets it too. You can gain many qualifications through us at no cost once you're on board.
  • The work fits your life - Event shifts, transport rosters and training sessions run on different days and at different hours, so there's room to build work around study, family or another job.
  • You'll see the state - A festival one weekend, a patient transfer from the West Coast midweek, a first aid course in Burnie the week after. No two rosters look the same.
  • You can grow across the business - Start in one service and add another. Plenty of our people work events, transport and training side by side.
  • You won't be a number - We're big enough to cover fifteen events in one weekend and run transport around the clock, and small enough that management knows your name.

Event Medical & First Aid Services Positions

Medical Responders, BLS and ALS Medics, Registered Paramedics, Registered Nurses and Doctors. Casual shifts at everything from a community sports day to a multi-day festival with 15,000 people through the gate.

Pass on what you know. Our Trainers and Assessors deliver first aid, CPR, healthcare and safety courses to workplaces, schools, clubs and the public, backed by their own experience in the field.

Patient Transport Positions

Get patients where they need to be, safely and with care. Our Patient Transport Officers and Clinical Escorts handle appointments, transfers between facilities and trips home from hospital, right across the state.
